Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 3-5 business days during high-demand periods.
• Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be specified on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• International Shipping: 

  International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  
  

  All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  
  

  If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Delays:

• AÚA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. However, we will do our best to assist with any shipping issues.

Return Policy:

All purchases from AÚA are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items.
