Domestic Shipping (United States)

 


We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options via UPS are available at checkout for an additional fee.


 

International Shipping

 


International orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and service level.


Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

 

3. Tracking

 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Delays

 


AÚA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.

However, we will do our best to assist with tracking or carrier-related inquiries when possible.

 


 

 

Return Policy

 


All purchases from AÚA are final sale.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind.


Please review product details, measurements, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.


In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist.
